Place is not maintained clean. Tables were nasty and silverware dirty. Food is not that good, fast food restaurants have better taste for sure
The staff is very immature. My wife and I arrived just before 8pm and the restaurant closed at 9pm. When our cold drinks were served (water and Dr Pepper) they did not have ice. We were informed that their ice machine was down. My Dr Pepper was flat and low on syrup (tasted like seltzer). Our waitress replaced it, no harm no foul. I live in Washington, Ut. We have eaten several times at the Back Bear. I'm through with them. First of all, they keep it so cold in there you freeze to death while trying to eat. Couldn't get out of there fast enough. Secondly, the food comes out cold, we have sent it back the last 3 times to have it warmed up. Live in the area and had to try it. 11 AM on a weekday. Busy! Order took about 20 minutes to arrive. Breakfast items. Usually hard to mess up. It was so bad we left half of our meals on the plate and went to the C Store to wash the taste out. Nice staff. Dirty place and 'worn'. A little pricey. Will never go back.
Went here for Supper made the mistake of ordering the Special, Prime Rib---mistake, very dry and not good at all.
Food was okay but the service was absolutely terrible. It took over 1.5 hours to get our food and we didn't get any refills. It was a Monday night and they weren't very busy which made it worse. Walking out to our car we saw our waiter sitting with his friends out back just talking. He still had guest waiting for food which just seems plain disrespectful.
Yeah , not so much. Ordered Egg Benidct. Hollandaise was broke just a pool of butter, English muffins soggy soaked in the sauce an home fries were like boiled potatoes. Never saw the waitress after she dropped it off.
Food was good and huge but the carpet is disgusting. Trash on the floor etc. if you can't keep the front of the house clean no telling what the back of the house
Just returned home from dinner at Black Bear Diner. My family has been dining at the St George location for years and now we mostly dine at the Washington location as it's closer to our home. We have always been treated with respect and great service. The food is good too and we've never had a complaint. Until tonight.
