So disappointed, I shouldn't be surprised though. They really haven't been good since before the pandemic. Went in today for lunch to place a to go order since they were ignoring their phones. They were busy so when I was quoted 25 minutes I figured it may be a little longer. When I came back in 35 minutes later I see 2 of my item sitting on the counter so I figured it would be about done, I was wrong. Let me start out by saying what a joke ordered a rare burger that came to the table raw 100% never saw the grill and the wait was so long that all our other food was cold as well as undercooked pancakes.

One hour wait for the food?!?!? Are you kidding me? Our waitress went on break and the one who took over claimed isn't a server so was asking for our understanding when she put the plate down the table and the French fries went all over the table. Half of our order wasnt available and they only found out after 30 mins of our sitting and waiting for our order. I guess this is small town service.

Stopped on the way home from LA . I eat at the Redding location once in awhile and always get good , hot food . Here I ordered a cheeseburger , fries and an ice tea to go . Cheeseburger was only supposed to be cheese , ketchup and mustard cooked medium. Cheeseburger was cooked well done , way over seasoned and greasy . They also put what I believe was mayonnaise on it . It was to go and dark so I didn't realize it until I started having a allergic reaction halfway through the cheeseburger . Had to stop on side of the highway... read more
