I just wanted to come on here and say the people here are doing their best to serve so many people when it gets busy. I just ate here and our whole tables food came out pretty quick, while I noticed some other people were still waiting, and getting upset. From experience working in the service industry I understand how stressful it is to serve so many people at one time, so I try to be as understanding as I can. They were doing the best they could. Delicious breakfast worth waiting for. Shasta scramble was really good as was the rye toast- both cooked perfectly!

Food was ok. Had to reheat it after during a block. Staff was slow and unprepared for customers. I'm only in Willows a few times a years to visit family, but the last couple of times have been disappointing. I was hoping that with the change of ownership, it would have improved. Sorry to say it hasn't.

Been to many black bears before bu this one tops them all. Amazing service, genuine smiles and great food. Don't know why the star rating is so low because this is the best black bear my family has ever eaten at.
