Pros: lots of menu items. Staff friendly. Food was good/okay. Great for children. Kids loved it. Cons: beeper kept going off anytime the door opened. Staff in kitchen kept yelling and talking loud enough entire dining area could hear. We had to wait 10 mins for a table when tons were open (including the one we were eventually offered)

From entering the restaurant u get greeted by sierra. Then Liz at the bar letting me know what's great to eat. Coffee on point. Friendly n quick. I'm coming back. Tnks Liz

We had been driving 8 plus hours and starving. Sherri at black bear in Yucca greeted us warmly put on a hot pot of coffee and was so kind and generous. She even switched our table do our stroller had more room and cleaned it. I hope everyone has this experience. Also the food was fresh and delicious.

I stop in every single morning to grab my iced coffee and the staff is always so polite and pleasant with big smiles on their face and I appreciate it every morning. Thank you and it's always nice and clean in there.

I was so glad to hear that there is a Black Bear diner so close to my new home I used to have one next door to my home in Salinas and ate there almost every day. Then i moved to Napa and found just a mile away from my new home and found the same great food there. And now that im in the Palm Springs area was so glad to just hear of one near by. Wow, who woulda thunk that in this rather esoteric. Coming at night an hour or so before closing has its perks- fast service and good Is cooked to perfection. Time to close this review down since hubby is eating all the good! Delicious!!
