AMAZING service because of Amanda! She is a one of a kind, always has a smile, makes us feel at home and never messes up our order! we ask for her every time!
We went to the Black Bear Diner for dinner on a slow Saturday night. We waited too long to be seated for a place that was almost empty. After 3 people told us that somebody would be "right with us" somebody finally sat us. The waitress took our order and forgot a drink we ordered. The food came soon and it was good. The waitress never came back to our table for refills until I called her over. For the amount of money we paid, the service could be a lot better. We stopped by to fill up our bellies with food to keep on going for the day. Our waitress, Sherri, not only delivered on taking our order and bringing out our food in a timely process, she also filled our hearts with joy and happiness with her amazing service and personality. 10/10
I dropped in for breakfast while out doing some shopping. had the super hearty biscuits and gravy. our Server Sherri is wonderful. A gentleman named Frank even stopped by to make sure everything was perfect. this is such a cute gem.
Amazing & caring service! Food quality is delicious, their fit section menu much appreciated . Waiters checked in often ensuring we were well taken care of. Had BF & loved their freshly squeezed orange juice!!
Chicken Fried Steak is the best! Daughter loved the chicken Alfredo as well. Cute atmosphere and family friendly. Service is always good.
I just wanted to take a minute to say a Big Thank you to Liz for making our family outing a great experience! Her recommendations were on Point!! My husband and I shared The Big Foot Chxn Fried Steak...which the gravy was flavorful..and the eggs over medium we're cooked perfectly! We also shared the Cinnamon Roll French Toats! Food was excellent. Service was excellent and quick. Tons of options. Would definitely go again
Amanda was our server and she was absolutely amazing she treated us like we were special. She tended to all our needs I even feel like if we asked her to do a backflip she would've done 3 that's how amazing she was. It's at the point where my family didn't want to leave.
