Best service. Went for my birthday. Was giving a free pie. Enjoyed the meal and atmosphere.
Delicious Tri Tip Dip, Au Jus, and Minestrone soup, plus a mimosa. Our server, Elon, was great!
We go to the Black Bear Diner every week. We both have our favorites. Mine is the Buffalo chicken salad with Bleu cheese. We always sit in the same section where David is the server. He makes our visit special every time. He has a fun, fantastic personality and has become a family friend. The food, the family atmosphere and David makes the Black Bear diner an amazing experience every time.
Fine enough breakfast. Huge menu, lots of choices. My scramble was a bit dry but the veggies were great. Love the biscuit. Nice service. Funny all bear theme - all the time. I like what they did with this old sizzler building. Cute spot.

First time trying black bear diner. The interior was so cute, made it feel like I was in a cabin in the woods. I ordered Bears choice which came with 2 eggs and 2 sides of your choice, I chose sausage and waffles. I wish the waffles were crispier, but overall it wasn't bad. I also ordered a vanilla cold brew, which was surprisingly very good! Service was a bit slow, took a while for our food to come out but our waitress was nice.
Portion size at Black Bear Diner is always impressive! Got The Grizz which came with 2 bacon, 2 sausages, ham steak, 3 eggs, hashbrowns, and subbed the pancakes for waffles. If you're hungry this will for sure satisfy you for the rest of the day! Waffles were dry so I say stick with the pancakes. Service was a bit slow but it seems like there was only one lady taking care if the entire section.
Not sure why the have a bad rating! I love the thickly shredeed hash browns. The bacon, eggs are all good. Service here is typically good. Everyone was nice. Highly recommend the place.
