Went in an ordered dessert to go some chocolate cream pie it was lovely thank you . Could invest in better to go boxes other then that it was ok
Stopped by black bear dinner to have dinner with the hubby and the food was delicious. But the thing that will keep me coming back was the amazing service we received from our server Amanda. She was sooo sweet and made sure everything came out just the way we wanted.
Great dinner -- thanks Danyll! It's a chain but a worthy one. Log cabin interior. Christmas tree in the corner. The management is perspecacious in knowing its customers. A nice addition to the Morongo Valley.

Our server Daniel was very fast and polite. Took care of all of our needs. The food was all hot and delicious. Definitely recommend.

Food was great; portions were good for more than one person. Service was fast and the waitstaff were very sweet. Not a bad way to end the year with my girl!
went w/a lady friend she had a cup of chicken noodle and side of sweet potato fries...she enjoyed! oh and she had a glass of chardonnay..I think $8 {2 or 3 dollars more than my modelo beer!!? I had the parmesan sourdough cheeseburger $17 I asked for pepperjack rather than swiss[minimal amount at the most] I asked for my bread to be toasted extra, was not even crispy. the meat maybe at most cover 2/3 of bread so I cut away the empty bread. grilled onions were tasty , so little on the sandwich though and no tomatoes at ... read more
The food was excellent and the service was above par. Mr. Anthony Sutalo is an asset to the restaurant as an employee. Black bear Diner is the place to go for a Great steakhouse experience.
