The new manager is phenomenal she has been so helpful. She’s on it. Any issues she handles them in a timely manner. When my toilet stopped working management took care of it with in the hour.
My mother has lived there going on nine years. She has been very happy there and loves the new manager who cares about her tenants, looks out for their best interest and tries to engage them socially. It’s a beautiful place to live!
Manager is friendly; however, communication between manager, corporate, & residents (in my honest opinion) is very substandard. If work needs to be performed at this complex, communication needs serious improvement @ the absolute highest level. When this complex was remodeled in 2017/2018, communication was almost nonexistent to where the company was almost sued, & residents possessions were either damaged or destroyed; the entire experience was traumatic for some, to say the least.
This is the best apartment complex in the whole Sonora area! My son has lived here for over 10 years and it’s perfect! The manager right now is excellent and always follows through with request and needs.
Excellent customer service! Very knowledgeable and helpful! Highly recommend!
