Not an easy project to build a home on virgin property. However, Perry was a steady hand in bringing me through this protracted process. Jess kept things on track. Both Perry and Jess where available to answer my questions and concerns. The finishing team did a good job of bringing the two units together and finishing off the inside and outside. Jess, was very helpful in everything we needed done. she was on top of everything she even took over taking care of the building permit and going back and forth with the county to get the building permit approved which was a lot of work because the county was really nitpicking. I would definitely recommend black home sales to anybody wanting to build their own home and if I ever do this again I will definitely use them again thank you! Kelly Good
Working with Jessica was fantastic. This was our first time buying a mobile home and we didn't know what we didn't know. She helped us ask all the right questions, gave us information we didn't know we needed, helped us navigate all the bumps along the way and was always super responsive to any of our questions or requests. When we started our journey of purchasing a manufactured home, we went to all the different Black Home Sales. When meeting Jess and Perry at Lewistown we knew they were who we wanted to work with immediately. They were very knowledgeable and quickly responded to every question we had and through it all their suggestions helped us have a beautiful home we love.
