I had a great experience with Blackstar. I got a full gutter, soffit, fascia replacement, including gutter guards and I’m happy with the result. Blackstar Aluminum completed a job near my parent's place last year. The neighbour was happy with the workmanship and overall experience. So we contacted Blackstar. My mom is complete happy with the project outcome. The guys cleaned up at the end of each day (as best they can). For those wanting to hire them, payment was easy and as it should be. Small deposit to secure the price and service. Payment in full after COMPLETION of the job.
We had eavestroughs replaced and from the initial site visit to the final installation, Blackstar were amazing to deal with. Everyone was friendly and professional, and the work ended up looking so much better than we had imagined. They will be our first call when we're ready to get the siding done.
This is the second time Pat and his crew have come to help us with an aluminum/eavestrough repair. Pierre from Sales is fast and efficient with quotes, responses and follow ups. Pat sticks to his timeline and does an excellent job! We had some other minor repairs that Pat fixed without charging us. Would definitely hire them again and would absolutely recommend them!
