Blackstar replaced eaves, soffit, fascia on our old house. The quality of the work was exceptional and the crew was on time everyday, considerate, and cleaned up daily. The sales person also offered us some suggestions like wrapping some painted bulkheads in aluminum as well as finishing the interior ceiling of our veranda with a clean and maintenance free "wood" textured aluminum. The results are terrific and the eaves have performed fantastically in the heavy rains.
BLACKSTAR Aluminum have a great installed a top quality complete Gutter system with their very popular Alu Rex T Rex Hanger Leafguard Built-in system. The installation team was professional and completed the job on time.
Tony was such a professional. He took the time to answer all my questions. He was incredibly responsive and I knew I could rely on him to get back to me. His crew were great guys. They did a terrific job, very professional and worked neatly. I recommended them to a friend and she is also very happy.
From start to finish, everything was top notch with Blackstar. Tony arrived as scheduled to provide an estimate and was able to explain how everything would be completed and the benefits of their T-Rex System for the eavestrough. On day of installation, they arrived on time, work was completed in a few hours, including clean up. From beginning to end. Blackstar Aluminum knows customer service. Once the workness confirmed, the team arrived in a timely manner, and their work was clean, relatively quick, and hospitable. The quality of the product and workmanship is excellent. I would recommend the upgrade in the guards to minimize regular clean up of the gutters.
