BLACKSTAR Aluminum have a great installed a top quality complete Gutter system with their very popular Alu Rex T Rex Hanger Leafguard Built-in system. The installation team was professional and completed the job on time.
Tony was such a professional. He took the time to answer all my questions. He was incredibly responsive and I knew I could rely on him to get back to me. His crew were great guys. They did a terrific job, very professional and worked neatly. I recommended them to a friend and she is also very happy.
From start to finish, everything was top notch with Blackstar. Tony arrived as scheduled to provide an estimate and was able to explain how everything would be completed and the benefits of their T-Rex System for the eavestrough. On day of installation, they arrived on time, work was completed in a few hours, including clean up. With the co-ordination by Tony the installation of the Eavestroughs handled by an experienced craftsman Ivan and Derick was flawlessly executed, and would highly recommend Blackstar Aluminium for their services.
From beginning to end. Blackstar Aluminum knows customer service. Once the workness confirmed, the team arrived in a timely manner, and their work was clean, relatively quick, and hospitable. The quality of the product and workmanship is excellent. I would recommend the upgrade in the guards to minimize regular clean up of the gutters.
