I will remove my review when I see you send the bill to have the ceiling fixed to Lucien (Lucifer) Black. You're lucky the only issue was backlash from allowing an unsafe range situation to occur and be filmed. This should be a wakeup call to your staff. Condition Orange if you see filming going on your range even if it's a chance for your RSO to correct unsafe behavior. Decide your brand going forward.

Became a member my 1st visit! 1hr of shooting=$25. Membership with numerous perks & unlimited shooting=$39. Why complain about price?? Really like the range an the staff all seem helpful. Had to give a 3 star due to retail pricing. Most stuff is set at msrp and when asked if they do any kind of price matching I was told "they can't because they already put their best price out" the product I was looking at was literally .01 cent less than msrp lol. I like to support the local business but when it comes to finding the product over $30 cheaper with no effort to make a sale I have to go elsewhere to shop.
This place is a joke. Went to this range and staff was the most unfriendly group of people and every customer was a inconvenience to them. The range itself is super small and cramp and rules feel loosely enforced. Then the prices are way over priced and it feels like your paying extra for members to have a VIP lounge and a freezer with ice cream in it. Overall felt like a was shooting at a Chuck E Cheese and not a range. Don't waste your time!
I bought a glock 9 43 there last weekend. It was supposed to be a new gun. At the store we saw a blemish on the outside and they said it was from the packing. I got it home an noticed it was not from packing. It was from shooting it and casing's popping out. I cleaned the gun and black debris was inside. I do not like dishonesty. FYI I would have bought it used because I liked the gun, however I would not have payed new price. Oh well this store will not get any more of my business because of this dishonest move.
