Good area the guys were helpful, but the cashier name sherri not a good customer service representative. attitude didn't explain what we were paying for until we finished shooting. So before you go asked for price up front.
I would give 5 stars, but my husband would give 1 due to today's experience. I was very pleased with my service with CJ a few weeks ago to fire and purchase a gun after getting a permit. BUT, today my husband was there waiting to both fire and purchase a gun because of my experience at Blackstone. He waited an hour for help, and received none. Just lost my husband as a customer. So very disappointed. I called ahead of time from Monroe to ask if they had supply of 20oz Yeti Ramblers, the associate on the phone said they did and he would hold it for me. I loaded my 4 children in the truck and drove 45 minutes to get it immediately. When I arrived I was greeted as I walked into the door, went to look for the cups and did not see them. Literally just walked through the facility and was in there at least 10 mins, walked by 7 employees of whom were too busy doing paperwork or chit chatting to even acknowledge us. "Setting the bar for customer service" um.....I don't think so. Terrible customer service experience for having been the first time walking through the doors. If you would like great customer service then Carolina Sporting Arms is the place to go. I would rather drive out of the way to go to Carolina than deal with this place.
Blackstone is really nice; the people are friendly and the displays are really well done. My first trip in was simply to look. It was what I thought it would be. My next trip in was to shoot, as I am already a member at another range, it doesn't make tons of sense for me to spend money at two places but I wanted to try it. It is a nice range.
