They were very patient and understanding. Helpful, the instructor took his time explaining and helping each person but explaining how to shoot holes staying there with their gun.
they have big selection of guns and all the training you could want along with a nice indoor range.
I walked in there with what i thought was a completely functional build, and one of the very professional employees came over to help diagnose my issue, until i decided to leave it with their gun smith. i've done lots of business at this store and will continue to do so because of their outstanding customer service!
Great store, staff are nice and conduct themselves professionally, that said they can be slow because they tend to be pretty busy. They have by far the freshest and cleanest facilities I've seen in a gun store/range The view of Charlotte is great as well it's just a shame they don't turn the roof into a lounge. They offer all kinds of classes and drills you can personalize and scedual as you want or need though I haven't done any classes (yet).
