was in town from fl,my 2 kids and I went in for some range time,staff was awesome,but in range was on spot to help out,everyone was willing to ask questions even the ones from my 9 yr old
We went to the range for the first time & Steven was fantastic. As neophytes, he did a great job of helping my daughter and I. I was so impressed, I purchased a VIP membership. Blackstone Shooting Sport’s well-appointed store and range, awesome VIP club along with the friendly staff make this a great place to visit
I've been in twice in the past month. The first time I went, Patrick helped me by answering my numerous questions about which gun I should buy. He was patient with all of my questions and never tried pressure me into something I didn't want. If he was unsure about the answer, he quickly found someone else who could help. Went back today to look at some accessories and buy a membership. The experience was great on 4-15, big guy in the shooting range was super helpful and displayed some of the best customer service. And also the clerk at the register was awesome. It was my first time and I will be back definitely 5 stars
Excellent and knowledgeable staff, reasonably priced retail items and I'd recommend becoming a member. outstanding environment. Still open during this covid mess.
