Stay away from this place! Paid close to $600 to fix a leaking hot tub. After multiple rescheduling of diagnostic visits, they diagnosed a leak and charged $500 to fix it. Included in the $500 was a refilling fee and leak test. They claimed that the tub was not leaking after the repair. The tub is leaking even more than before! They now want to charge more money for diagnostics and repairs of other leaks.

Blackthorne Spas continues to exceed my expectations...they stand behind the products they sell with excellent customer service. Intuitively, where I live I would go to the closer hot tub stores in the Monterey/Carmel area...but without doubt it was the right decision to go a few further miles away (in Salinas) and do business with Blackthorne.

I had a leak in my pool. I called Blackthorn. They came out and fixed it. No nonsense really did a good job. Very satisfied.

I was able to schedule an appointment easily - the service person arrived on time did the neeedful - it was a loose contact and everything works great. Thanks

If you didn't buy your spa there, a man over the phone will make sure you know what he thinks about you. And it's not nice. We had an issue with water leaking out of our swim spa , I called to see who they would recommend to fix. And that's as far as it went. Nasty man, nasty customer service.
