Left a buyers name off the title, now we’re stuck trying to figure out how to get it fixed. Shuffled us through 3 different agents with no communication so we never knew who to reach out to. Made an already stressful experience even more stressful and frustrating. Incredibly frustrated and disappointed.
Firm was used be a person that was buying my old home place . There was a lot next door we owned but was not part of the sale . We had it separated . No plat was shown at closing and the lot was sold in the closing ! No help from firm to fix !!!!! No integrity or ethics !
