Just called and spoke to the receptionist about needing help for a root canal. She interrupted me while I was in the middle of talking and was so rude over the phone when I was just needing help on what to do because I was in pain. I’m so incredibly thankful that she had nothing available to help me because if all the staff is as rude as the receptionist I would never want to give them my business anyway! Kindness is not that hard especially when you have never been to a place and was just looking for some clarity.
My second time going here in the last few years. Had to have a root canal done. The people are super nice and kind. Welcoming. They made the environment as comfortable as possible for me. The dental assistant was singing along to the music playing and the doctor was humming while working on me. Put me at ease throughout the procedure. Definitely recommend this business.
I was extremely scared of getting a root canal. I’d never had one before. Dr Blattner and his staff made me feel comfortable. The procedure was painless. Everyone goes above and beyond to make you feel at ease and comfortable. If I ever have to get another root canal, I’d definitely come back here to have it done.
Dr. laura there is amazing. The staff have been great and reassuring thru hard dental work. The front desk people worked with me on my 1st root canal with a payment plan over 5 months with pre written checks. They have a 3D scanner which seems to ensure good work done well on root canals! highly recommend.
Dr. Blattner and his assistant were both absolutely amazing. Both women at the front desk were very welcoming as well. I was really nervous with it being my first root canal. They explained everything prior to the procedure which made me feel extremely relieved and comfortable. Hopefully I’ll never have to get another root canal but if I ever need another, I’ll definitely return to Dr. Blattner’s office. Highly recommended!
