3rd time not a charm
On 1st visit, people were lining up right next to table we were eating at. I told person at cash register about it, she said “we have the markers on the floor. We usually have someone in the dining room directing but we are really busy right now.” I said,“you weren’t busy when we came in, there wasn’t anyone directing in the dining room then or now. The marks on floor must not be working as they are lining up right next to our table where we are eating.” (Some without masks, it should have been VERY apparent to her as it was directly across from cash register where she was waiting for next customer to ring up looking very bored). I suggested that an arrow be placed right as you come in the door to make that direction more clear. She was indifferent about it and did nothing to redirect people so, I did by asking them to go on the other side of the wall where they are supposed to line up so we could eat our food with social distancing in place.
I found the following on the internet posted by GlobeNewswire, June 26, 2020: The Washington Blaze Pizza will also feature the following:
Hiring of a Dining Service Leader, whose responsibilities will include wiping down high-touch surfaces frequently
Small, single-use eco-friendly bags given to each guest, to store their personal masks while dining
Frequent cleaning of all high-touch surfaces.
None of the 3 items above were provided on any of our 3 visits! We did not see anyone ever cleaning any high-touch surfaces, or any such bags!
