This is going to be a long review because this company genuinely deserves a glowing five star rating. I needed a new air conditioner and was feeling overwhelmed by a quote that I received from another company. I called Blue Wave for a second opinion and was able to get in touch with their business director, Leon. That changed everything. I paid for them to come out to install my ac and they sold off the work to a small company I have never heard of and had them come install my Ac well I didn’t hire that company I hired Bleuwave. Was excited to use this company from all the great reviews but feel like I didn’t get the same great service. Feels like I was mislead at the least they could have let me known that it would not be them to install the ac that way if I wasn’t ok with that I could of went another route but I found out after they arrived at my home afte... read more
