I recently had an outstanding experience with Bleuwave. They were able to come to my house the same day I booked, which was incredibly convenient since my AC refused to turn on on a hot day. My technician, Dwayne Miller, quickly identified the issue and even took the time to show me how to diagnose similar problems in the future. This was my second time using their services, and I plan to continue relying on them for all my HVAC needs. Highly recommend!
Brandon came the first time and was very nice and polite, said the damper circuit is not working. He came today with the part and try to fix it but living room AC is still not working. He could not fix it and started telling me that he has to go for other jobs as if my job is of less significance. I saw their positive reviews and contacted them but looks like my experience is very sour with him and his company. I will apply for credit card refund if they will not fix my problem in timely manner. Thanks,
This company is neither honest nor professional. They’re quick to ask for money but have no problem leaving their customers stranded in the scorching Arizona heat for over a week. I ultimately had to hire another company that values completing the job and ensures their customers aren’t left in difficult situations.
Lifesavers! Your company had the ONLY people I could get to come help me late at night with my AC. Jarrod was great! Very friendly and was able to help me get my old AC going without trying to hustle me into getting a new one. I really appreciate his service and that it was even possible. My AC went out on Friday. I called Bleuwave on Saturday. They sent out their technician Dwayne to asses the job. Dwayne was professional and personable. When I approved the repairs Dwayne fixed the issue the next day. Great job Dwayne! Thank you,
