“Owners son” didn’t care to use any product or style after the cut, took phone calls during our booked time, and consistently apologized for being on his phone & booking other appointments while I was in the seat. Will not be returning. Not to mention I sat & waited 10 minutes until I was greeted for an appointment I booked in advance, keep in mind the barber I had was at his station the whole time I experienced this…plus the shop was empty & no other customers were getting a cut, so it absolutely seemed intentional. Carrie Hauck is a Barber's Barber. If you are a man and if you prefer the experience of a barber over that of a licensed cosmetolgist you'll at a cost cutters, then book with Carrie. I've been through several barber's over the last decade, and she is by far, the most talented. If you do book with her, please do as I do: once every three weeks, 30-50% tip, and schedule the follow-on appointment before you leave. Doing so is the difference between looking dapper, or risking looking dopey.
I absolutely love it here. At first I thought it was a tattoo shop cuz that was the vibe I got from just looking at the outside. I saw later on in was a barber shop and decided to check it out. I booked with Kelly and she has been my go to ever since. The atmosphere is absolutely perfect. Greeted by everyone, music is awesome. Kelly took the time to get to know me and who I am. I consistently go to Nate for a haircut and he always kills it. The crew here is incredibly friendly and really knows what they're doing. I always leave feeling like a million bucks. The atmosphere is also fantastic, a very relaxing place to be. Love this crew a ton and would recommend them to anyone!
Today I had a great experience getting my haircut with Kelly. Right off the bat, she gave off this cool, rocker vibe. I wasn't really sure what style I wanted, but being an older guy, I asked her to help me look hip and trendy. We chatted about options, and I decided to let her take the lead. She ended up giving me a euro-style cut that kind of resembled a wide mohawk while leaving some long hair for extra flair.
