Great staff they thoroughly explained options. Didn’t feel at all like it was a sales pitch because they actually recommended t try into it a contact in one eye before committing to lasix so I could test to see what it would look like. He even told me maybe I would just choose having a permanent contact. So they really wanted what was best for you not them.
Visited Bloomberg today for options on taking care of my cataracts. Office staff was very helpful and friendly. The assistants got me back very timely and started the evaluation process. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Met with the Doctor, he checked the health of my eyes and discussed the options in terms that were easy to understand. I'm giving Bloomberg a five star ⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐ rating. I haven't done that for a very long time, so refreshing. 👍
My experience with Bloomberg has been phenomenal! From scheduling, to billing, to check in, to first visit, to surgery day and post op-the team was incredible. I didn’t realize how great this procedure could be until I did it. I loved it so much that my husband decided to have it as well because I was so happy with the results. Highly recommended! I opted for the surgery for one eye only since I was far-sighted. Vision is definitely delineated but I’m learning to adjust. Way better than fumbling with glasses.
I was impressed by the prompt attention of the receptionists and professionals. They are well spoken and accept any questions explaining clearly to the patient. All were great and the doctor also was very helpful. I will be back there for my surgeries and am confident of these resulting in success.
This was another great experience at Bloomberg Eye Center. Dr. Blausey, and his team, were able to work me in after I experienced an allergic reaction in my eye. Not only did they all provide reassurance and the care I needed, but they did so in a comforting and convenient manner.
