Received care from Olga - wonderful professional and knowledgeable nurse. I prefer Urgent Care to doctor's office visits because you spend less time waiting and more time with the nurse. Definitely will go back for quality care at this location.
I had an excellent experience with Olga and Erin - they are knowledgeable, personable and care a lot about their patients! I was surprised that I got better service at this Urgent Care practice than at many doctors' offices and even hospitals. Definitely will be returning to them.
The staff was very helpful and friendly and they got me in and out in a timely manner. However, I felt like my condition was treated somewhat generically. I came in with a 2 week history of GI issues and was told to go to cvs and get some alka seltzer for heartburn/gas relief. I had already tried both antiacid and gasx with no success. I was also told to get advil, which you are not supposed to use if you have GI issues. I’m 24 and pretty healthy/athletic, I never go to urgent care. Especially not for stomach issues. Keep in mind that they are pushy about the COVID test here, today they asked me twice if I wanted to do a COVID test, I said no thank you not today, and the woman from the front desk said that she'd write in the system that I "refused" a COVID test when I simply declined it. It wasn't necessary for the woman at the front desk to ask me the question twice after I already answered her. The second time she asked me she wasn't polite. I was greeted with a smile from the nurse who was also working the front desk. She had me fill out some quick paperwork and then in about 15 minutes I saw a specialist. Just like the nurse, she was also extremely nice and personable. The waiting room and examination room were both very clean. I was out in about 45 minutes and my issues were taken care of.
