Dr. Carolyn Poon-Woo is the most gentle dentist I have ever had in my 67 years. She is exceptionally kind, gentle and a perfectionist. I fractured a tooth and she repaired it today. She is truly an artist. I do not like leaving these compliments as she will become busier and more difficult to schedule appointments with. In addition, she has a great assistant named Galea. Her entire office staff is amazing.
Last week, I had my adult braces removed and I am over the moon with the results. Huge thanks to Dr Singh and Galiya for your expertise and care. And thanks to Leona for your wonderful support with this process. Today I took an extra step and I had the zoom whitening; so happy with my NEW SMILE. You are never too old to take this step! :-)
Best care I have ever received! I have gotten dental care from this group for more than 30 years. It has certainly been the best care of all the places I have lived in almost 76 years. The experience is always a welcoming one, knowledgeable, careful and thorough in any kind of work done on my teeth. My kids actually like going to this dentist. When I tell them they have an appointment here, they cheer. No, I'm not joking. The entire office is immaculately clean, with air purifiers almost everywhere. Everything looks modern and well maintained. This is the best dental office I have ever been in my whole life. The way the staff members are aligning your appointments in a way to save you multiple trips is miraculous! The way the doctors are explaining every details during your appointment is showing nothing but utmost care and support! Same goes for my entire family!
