Would not recommend. Very overpriced. Very poor communication. The pavers were poorly installed. We had to have them come back twice to fix. The guys working on the pavers got sand and dirt in our pool. As far the pool, wrinkles in liner. No real information on the care of the pool. Still not sure on what chlorine levels should be. We love our pool but have had tons of problems with different things and now our waterfall is messed up. John is who our project manager was and now he will not answer the phone he will only text. They have been very unprofessional after they got their money and don’t care what happens after that. We spent way too much money for things to go wrong and it’s only been 3 years. Very unsatisfied customer.
Our liner has several wrinkles in it which showed up very soon after completion. We have called numerous times with no return call we have also talked to multiple people that tell us they are waiting until fall then waiting until it warms up in the spring. Have been dealing with this for a year. Still not fixed. Do not recommend.
Poor communication throughout the entire process. No schedule or timeline. After 6 months concrete deck was poured in a thunderstorm. Poor quality deck resulted. Then to correct it the contractor added an overlay that is streaked and sloppy. Our nice brick coping has red dirt sealed into it and looks discolored. Not what I was hoping for in this price range.
