Should have visited Mandi sooner! My neck and back pain were limiting my activities and causing me to alternate ice and heat, get massages and do stretching. These were only marginally effective. Within just a few sessions with Mandi I was pain free. I noticed it the most when I repositioned myself in bed at night. No pain! She is very thorough and holistic. My first time ever doing acupuncture was with Mandi, I was nervous because it was so new to me. She took her time to explain everything and really put my mind at ease. About half way through our needling session she did a guided meditation with me which was so calming and I instantly felt my body rest. Before our session was over she used fire cupping and let me tell you, it was FANTASTIC. Something about the heat with cupping was awesome. I highly recommend Blue Horizon Acupuncture and I’m so thankful to have met her.
