I have nothing but good things to say about Blue Raven. My recent experience relates to a removal and reinstall due to a new roof. The reinstall included two additional panels I decided to add. Starting with Mike Fox who advised and sold me the system originally (and the two new panels). and including Tristan in Utah and Jenny here in Colorado. they have been making things happen for me. I have only positive things to say about Blue Raven solar. They have been extremely helpful and despite issues with city permitting (the city employees are just over worked and doing their best) and other small problems they were able to overcome them all. Jenny in particular was helpful and waited outside my house for almost 2 hours for the city inspector to come. She was communicative and friendly.

Jenny provided wonderful customer service ensuring the last steps of my installation were completed and that my ability to log onto and access the app information were working. She was willing to come by at the drop of a hat, and followed through with everything. On top of her great customer service, she is an all around nice person. Thank you so much!
