From start to finish Blue Raven was there to guide me through the complex process of going solar. After about a week, noticed a problem with the solar system. Blue Raven sent someone out to take a look and found that the electric meter wasn't installed (by the builders of the hosue) correctly and was arcing electricity over the years. (Had Duke verify the problem). Blue Raven repaired the Duke Meter (nearly $400 in parts) at no cost to me. The gentlemant even stayed after installation until Duke came back to verify that the problem had been taken care of.
The process was long but we are glad we did it.

Great service and panels look great best I’ve seen they have nice trim on them. and best of all they work perfectly I have a very low power bill.
