Roof and house exterior washing left the exterior windows smeared and streaked, in worse condition than before the washing. This required return to jobsite to clean windows. I suggest that post house washing include window cleaning as standard operating procedure. I had previously cleaned the window in October before your service. Thank you for prompt refund of over charge.

I don't have the words to tell you how happy we are with our roof, our six year old metal roof was so bad people would stop and ask if our house had been on fire we tried to get help from the metal co. and others all dead ends. I thought your people did an OK job. I realize we did not go for the full works and only asked for a basic house wash. However, Upon a close look after the wash I felt we got very basic service. Although I removed screens prior to the wash the window sills were pretty dirty after the guys left. They were friendly and courteous.
