They attempted to charge me for two weeks of unused storage after I clearly stated on my online my application my specific move-in date. They refused to refund my application fee of $25 instead of doing the right thing and crediting me the amount for unused service. Wasted a lot of time and energy on hold over the course of three days only for them to lose the account over poor customer service. They then tried to tell me not to dispute it with my credit card company because they would just charge it back. Unreal.

Our lease agreement states that our administrative fee is non-refundable. We do anniversary billing, and you pay for one month at a time. We refunded you in full for the rent.
