Worst place ever no customer service at all. Have had units here for over a year one of them have tried to get the door fixed multiple times, over 5 fix tickets. Have had over 6 weeks without access to unit I pay for and can only reach call center. The main gates have never worked or been shut the entire time I’ve been here. if I could give zero stars or negative stars, I would.
Anna assisted me today with a situation and did an excellent job resolving my issue. I am very pleased with the service that she gave me.
The setup process was very straightforward, and Julian was exceptionally helpful and pleasant to communicate with. The entire process was seamless and well-guided throughout.
