ill give it a 2 star because they r very good at collecting money.. other than that you deal with people over seas who don't give a rats ass if they help. I ask for call backs from local managers and nothing,. my units are broken down crappy locks etc etc etc.
We had a broken door A bit frustrating for sure. Customer service reached out and made it right. Things happen in life. Don’t let it steal your joy
Terrible units broken into all the time - they have NO security. They give gate code but not sure why - they never close them so no gate code needed. Everyone in the public has open access 24/7 - Monday thru Friday
