I’ve been a patient of Dr. Smith’s for several years, and I absolutely love him. As a registered nurse, I’m selective about which physicians I see. Although I understand this is a busy practice, you have the sense that Dr. Smith is taking all the time you need discuss concerns, options, to obtain information and appropriate & helpful treatment. I've been working to get my mother-in-law care, who is on Medicaid, and this place was recommended to us by her insurance as in network. This practice is not accepting Medicaid patients which is wrong. Even with my private insurance, I know not to go here now, knowing what they think of Medicaid patients.
My husband Michael Williams and his Mother Rachel Williams see Dr. Jenna and she is by far the best. So caring, understanding and very thorough. She does everything she can for you. We just love her. All of the staff here is so pleasant.
My experience with Dr. Ramser was phenomenal. He essentially crafted something out of nothing due to previous severe trauma. I feel like I've gained back a normal life. The quality of care I received post surgery was wonerful and I couldn't be more grateful.
My mom is effectively disabled because of a degenerative spine issue. I am her care coordinator. Even though this location is in-network, and Anthem directed her to them, they refuse to take any Medicaid patients from Fairfax County. Practices like this often think they can just turn away insured low-income people with arbitrary policies without any consequences, since low-income people are more likely to just silently give up and turn somewhere else.
