Horrible management. Can never pay the account online - always have an issue redo online registration constantly and they never have the account working. Then when you try and pay over the phone it's a zero balance. This is AFTER we finally got the unit. The issue trying to even get a unit was horrible - no one could answer where the storage unit was and they assigned a unit that didn't exist then when we finally got a unit you couldn't fit a bike never mind a car. Rented 2 units 10x15 back in 2019. As I was a new customer the old owner offered me a rate of $135 for 2 units and billed me $135 under one unit only not billing anything for the second unit except taxes. It was roughly about $65 a unit. New owners come in and of course slowly start upping the rent. First they upped the rent in 2020. Fine I understand. Could not gain access to storage unit during hours of operation for second time. Was told that there was second gate to go to that I could access. There is only one gate. Due to the incompetence of this facility my husband was asked to manually open gate which was extremely hard to do. Due to him being 6’6 and healthy and putting his force into was able to open enough to go through which the average person wouldn’t have been able to have done. Fazi was very helpful over the phone to help me rent out a new storage unit on a super short notice. Thankful for all the help! Would recommend to a friend if ever needed. Super nice, friendly and patient.
