This facilities phone representative, Jasmin Gonzales, was extremely helpful with reserving and completing the move in process for the storage we looking to were rent. It was difficult navigating the reservation forms on my phone and I ended up losing the whole application. Jasmin called me back and asked if she could assist, and very efficiently completed the forms on the phone with me and sent the documents to e-sign. Jasmin was a delight to work with and should be considered an asset to this company.
Very smooth experience overall. The facility is well maintained, with easy load in/out access. Wish moving/storing was always this easy. Very glad they’ve joined the neighborhood, highly recommend for short or long term rentals.
