This facilities phone representative, Jasmin Gonzales, was extremely helpful with reserving and completing the move in process for the storage we looking to were rent. It was difficult navigating the reservation forms on my phone and I ended up losing the whole application. Jasmin called me back and asked if she could assist, and very efficiently completed the forms on the phone with me and sent the documents to e-sign. Jasmin was a delight to work with and should be considered an asset to this company.

Our unit had water leak into the storage facility and completely destroy our antique buffet and painting. You cannot get a hold of anyone there, when you call the number you get someone in the Philippines. It’s terrible! They need to be held accountable.

Beware rodents have moved into this storage facility. Owners really don't care so you are on your own to claim insurance for any damage to your contents stored here.
