JJ was an excellent driver! He was friendly, communicative, professional and flexible. We had him driving us all over the city and down to Palo Alto multiple times over the course of two days, and he never batted an eyelash. He was also a good and safe driver. He made it easy to relax and not worry about getting to where we needed to go.

Start with The driver was super kind we liked him... We booked for a ride to and from the chase center. Only complaint was we weren't dropped off directly at the chase center but blocks away and we weren't picked up at the chase center either ... it was confusing and we had a hard time finding the car. The driver FaceTimed and tried to help. It was very busy but for the price, the amount of walking and confusion I don't think it was worth it.
