Update: It's broken again! The next weekend! No help! Don't believe their response below. Original review: Gate is broken two days after signing lease. Stuck outside with a full rented truck with four other people. No staff on weekends.

They were super friendly and helpful. Explained everything so well they had answered all my questions I had before I could even ask. Clean and fair price. Will use them again if I ever need to store anything again. Thank you.

If I could give this place and Dave, 10 stars I would. I left U-Haul (downtown) to come here, first, because of the cleanliness and ACTUAL AIR CONDITIONING for the inside units and the units look brand new even though they have been here for years.. I switched to a bigger unit outside and that is safe, well lit at night and clean, all thanks to Dave, being the manager, and then outstanding customer service from Dave. I actually left being not stressed out and "enjoy" going to my unit and saying "Hi" to Dave!

Dave at the Grand Rapids location has went above and beyond to help us navigate moving back home. I wish more companies had such wonderful, helpful customer service folks like Dave. Would highly recommend this Blue Sky Storage facility to anyone

I rented from Jan. of '25 through May of '25 and it was an great experience. The units were clean/clear/dry and easily accessible. The property itself were easy to navigate and well maintained. The only ding is the pricing: (1) The advertised price per month did not include their mandatory insurance monthly cost (~$15 per month). (2) By the end of May pricing was going to jump another ~$25 per month. Overall a great experience, you just have to know what you are paying for!
