Very professional and nice people. Have spoken with the manager, Dave, a few times. Very pleasant conversations. Have had no problems at all over the last five years. Very well kept facilities and property. It's safe. Would definitely recommend Blue Sky!

Update: It's broken again! The next weekend! No help! Don't believe their response below. Original review: Gate is broken two days after signing lease. Stuck outside with a full rented truck with four other people. No staff on weekends.

I rented a temperature controlled unit for nearly three years. The unit and property was well kept and clean, well lit and parking lot nicely maintained. I was always pleased when calling about my unit. Dave is very efficient and very helpful. I just call or email when I need something. I was very pleased with my service. Thank you.

Our church had an excellent experience storing some of our extra belongings at Blue Sky Self-Storage here in SE Grand Rapids. The management was kind, helpful, and courteous. We will definitely look to them for any storage needs in the future. We highly recommend them!
