In my experience, the on-site customer service was fantastic. From the start to the finish of my 6 month rental, Micah was very helpful and patient in explaining the forms, billing, and closeout process. He's a nice and gregarious guy!
Micah and Michelle were so helpful. We encountered some issues with a rental earlier that day. We called customer service and they put us in contact with Micah’s store and he actually called us to confirm details for the rental. His attention was amazing and his customer service the best. Great experience renting from these folks. I had to end my lease and grab a U-Haul in the same day. Micah was diligent in making sure I was taken care of. I would definitely do business here again!

Very friendly and clean. Great customer service, the owners are very accommodating and went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of and in a timely manner. Highly recommend for anyone trying to move!! They can provide you with storage units and also give you the convenience of being able to rent U-Haul trucks and trailers for a great price right there. I'd give 10 stars ⭐
