In my experience, the on-site customer service was fantastic. From the start to the finish of my 6 month rental, Micah was very helpful and patient in explaining the forms, billing, and closeout process. He's a nice and gregarious guy!
Great experience renting from these folks. I had to end my lease and grab a U-Haul in the same day. Micah was diligent in making sure I was taken care of. I would definitely do business here again!
Micah and Michelle were so helpful. We encountered some issues with a rental earlier that day. We called customer service and they put us in contact with Micah’s store and he actually called us to confirm details for the rental. His attention was amazing and his customer service the best. We rented a U-Haul truck from this location. The process was easy and efficient. And the customer service was great! Would certainly recommend this location.
