I used Bluebird services briefly for my father who was very unwell at the time and needed a bit more help than I could safely provide. The service runs smoothly and professionally with excellent written and telephone communication. A young man, Adarsh was appointed to my dad. He was kind, gentle and always punctual and happy to assist to my dad’s needs. He was lovely to chat to and dad liked him a lot. A real asset to Bluebird. Mum reports she has felt cared for, listened to, supported and safe with her carers from Bluebird Care Aberdeen. Also stated she has not felt "rushed" to complete her tasks, enjoying their company and chat.
