I used Bluebird services briefly for my father who was very unwell at the time and needed a bit more help than I could safely provide. The service runs smoothly and professionally with excellent written and telephone communication. A young man, Adarsh was appointed to my dad. He was kind, gentle and always punctual and happy to assist to my dad’s needs. He was lovely to chat to and dad liked him a lot. A real asset to Bluebird. bluebird acted fast when i contacted them and soon arranged a visit to assess the situation. A care plan was put in place quickly and efficiently. the manager helped me enormously with practical tips and was very kind, cheerful and efficient. carers were well liked by the person i looked after and performed making them clean and tidy again, bluebird care is certainly one of the best we are very pleased with the first 2 weeks with the premium service
Mum reports she has felt cared for, listened to, supported and safe with her carers from Bluebird Care Aberdeen. Also stated she has not felt "rushed" to complete her tasks, enjoying their company and chat.
