I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt I had to say something about the care my mum received from Bluebird Care Aberdeen. To be honest, I was really worried at the start. It’s not easy letting other people look after your parent. But the carers quickly put us at ease. They were kind, patient, and treated my mum with real respect. I can’t recommend Bluebird Care Aberdeen highly enough. From start to finish, they were incredibly supportive during what was a very difficult time for our family. I used Bluebird services briefly for my father who was very unwell at the time and needed a bit more help than I could safely provide. The service runs smoothly and professionally with excellent written and telephone communication. A young man, Adarsh was appointed to my dad.
