Bluebird Care has been fantastic. I was visited within a few days of requesting support. I understood the great flexibility of what they could offer in a care package and it can change from week to week. I was visited over the weeks by 6 lovely carers who shopped, cooked, ironed, drove me to an exhibition etc. They were kind, interested & interesting, efficient, good time keepers. I have been using Bluebird services for 2 years. The staff are pleasant, respectful and always treat me with dignity. They wear uniforms and always look clean on visits. They are friendly and always explain the care they are about to provide to ensure I feel comfortable. The staff are very professional and I would recommend.
I'm so pleased with the ongoing care that I receive from Bluebird. If I have had concerns about the time of my care calls Bluebird are always quick to respond and find me a more appropriate time for me. If I have had to complain they have always aim to sort my complaint out satisfactorily.
