We started our care for my Dad now 93 at Bluebird, 3 years ago to provide companionship taking him shopping and out for a lunch. This has taken a lot of stress away from the family and most of the carers have been to Dad liking. It is a hard time when your elders go through these times and we cannot thank Bluebird enough!

We have recently arranged care for a friend with Bluebird and couldn't fault the attention that has been given to the situation! Ellie particularly has excelled from the first visit late last year, right through till now ! Nothing is a problem. I would highly recommend Bluebird care and a special recognition to Ellie !!

Team Healthcare has been great to work with. They are professional, supportive, and responsive. Communication is excellent, and they make the process easy and stress-free. I would happily recommend them to others.

Bluebird Care has been fantastic. I was visited within a few days of requesting support. I understood the great flexibility of what they could offer in a care package and it can change from week to week. I was visited over the weeks by 6 lovely carers who shopped, cooked, ironed, drove me to an exhibition etc. They were kind, interested & interesting, efficient, good time keepers. I have been using Bluebird services for 2 years. The staff are pleasant, respectful and always treat me with dignity. They wear uniforms and always look clean on visits. They are friendly and always explain the care they are about to provide to ensure I feel comfortable. The staff are very professional and I would recommend.
