Amazing. From the first meeting & needs assessment to the carer's initiative to escalate appropriately we can not praise Bluebird care more highly. They immediately understood the situation & were responsive to the needs of our relative. Would definitely use again in a similar situation.
The Service provided by BLUEBIRD is second to none. Since we have had this service just over 3 years it has been a god send in terms of respite for us as parents, but moreso for the care, understanding and patience shown by the Carers (with a capital C) in particular D who works with my daughter who is 28 and born with Downs Syndrome. My daughter is safe, secure and comes back in so happy after her couple a days a week out with her Carer, who is more like a buddy, than a Carer,. I have had a very positive experience with the care my son received from Blubird Care. Both staff and carers were very considerate, accomodating, kind and helpful ensuring that my son's needs were being met. The communication was also excelent and I would highly recommend Bluebird Care to anyone who is looking for quality care.
