The Service provided by BLUEBIRD is second to none. Since we have had this service just over 3 years it has been a god send in terms of respite for us as parents, but moreso for the care, understanding and patience shown by the Carers (with a capital C) in particular D who works with my daughter who is 28 and born with Downs Syndrome. My daughter is safe, secure and comes back in so happy after her couple a days a week out with her Carer, who is more like a buddy, than a Carer,. I have had a very positive experience with the care my son received from Blubird Care. Both staff and carers were very considerate, accomodating, kind and helpful ensuring that my son's needs were being met. The communication was also excelent and I would highly recommend Bluebird Care to anyone who is looking for quality care.
I am a Team Leader at a supported accommodation in Stratford, we have struggled with getting the right care company/carers over the past few years however since we started working with Bluebird care it has been nothing but amazing. We have one of the most difficult clients to work with however with the help of the registered manager Tansy and the carers, they have manage to create a good working environment and wonderful relationship with the client. I will 💯 recommend bluebird care docklands to anyone.
Very good carer and the team are always willing to support in any way they can. We have regular check ins and they ask how they can support us more. My mum is really happy with the carer who goes beyond the normal care support
I have finally found a Care Agency that looks after their clients properly. All the staff are pleasant and willing, more importantly they informed and update you on their progress. I cannot fault Bluebird care and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a care provider.
