I have 2 relatives under the most wonderful and loving care of Bluebird in Harrow. I would only recommend this lovely care agency, because they do just that, they care. The owners and managers go above and beyond the call of duty and it doesn’t matter what time of day or night, they are there with love and support. Eazipay Ltd have been processing Direct Debit collections on behalf of Bluebird Care (Harrow) since 2018. It has been a pleasure to work alongside Chaitan and the staff, who have always been very friendly, happy to assist, and quick to respond to any queries we may have. It's advertised as £8 an hour, but really is split into 30 mins(£4), 45 mins (£6), and 1hour (£8) slots, and almost all visits are 30 mins long. Unless you have a fair bit of money already or access to a car, this type of work isn't financially viable to those without access to a car.

Ridiculously rude on the phone and fail to provide even sub-par care for elderly people. They're hateful and I would advise anyone against placing vulnerable individuals in their care.

Carers not trained properly and poor management. Recommend another care agency.
