Our experience with the Bluebird team was an extremely positive one. They treated my mother with the upmost respect and kindness. She looked forward to their visits and having a chat and the support they gave her made her life so much easier and more comfortable. Sadly our time with the Bluebird team was short, but from our personal point of view, they helped to take away some of the pressure that comes with caring for an elderly relative. Bluebird care has given us back the chance to be family again. We can now visit mum knowing we get to spend time with her. We never realised there was such a thing as live in care they have made the whole experience so straight forward from the very first conversation to coming out to see us and mum. My elderly mum has been with Bluebird for over a year now and we’ve been really happy with them. They are all kind and caring and a super team overall. We highly recommend them.
Grandparents are currently receiving care from Bluebird Huntingdon. They have been amazing so far with everything. All the carers are lovely and we couldn’t ask for more. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for care for family members.
i have to say credit where its due Bluebird got me out of a real hole when the local NHS simply stop calling without any notice. They stepped up the task and have made my parents quality of life so much better. Regular calls on time each day such a relief.
