RecommendedThis time last year my sister and I were desperate to find my very poorly mum, trapped in a hospital bed, somewhere else to go. It was so helpful and comforting to be able to talk to someone from Bluebird, who cared and understood how we were feeling. Because she was so very ill and unlikely to be able to return home we eventually decided on a care home, but this conversation helped us make the right decision and shed light into what had been until then a very dark tunnel. Thank You
