After 3 years of kindness & support from the Kensington Chelsea Bluebird Team, the time came for our 99 year old mother to move to residential care in the Isle of Wight. A big move, potentially very stressful, but all went so smoothly thanks to the impeccable (as ever) coordination & assistance of Valeria & Miguel & help on the day from Nasrin (my copilot on the drive). We will miss you. Our thanks to you, Fareha, Adelaide & all your colleagues. God bless you.

I cannot recommend Blue Bird Group highly enough. After a serious accident that resulted in a 7-day hospital stay and surgery, the staff at Cromwell Hospital recommended I get in touch with them. From the very first interaction, the service was exceptional. Serina was the absolute standout of my experience. I contacted this company at the recommendation by a reputable respite care centre to find out more about its services for an elderly member of my family. The manager, Miguel, returned my call in no time and gave me very useful and helpful information. I was very impressed by his knowledge and helpful attitude, and did learn a lot more about care for the elderly from him through our conversation.

We contacted Bluebird several month ago to help my elderly parents and have been very impressed with the personal, reliable professional and flexible service they have provided: personal care, cleaning and companionship . Always cheerful , they have built a very positive rapport with both . Would highly recommend.

Mum turned 100 years on Monday 24th October…she made it! I can’t express in words how grateful I am to the Bluebird home care service. Mum had 2 knees operations over 10 years ago and slowly began to lose mobility. We were so fortunate to have the Bluebird team look after her over the last 10 or more years.
