I am being treated with kindness and respect. I enjoy a completely cooked meal every day. I receive fantastic care from all the staff who are well trained, friendly, neat and work with dignity and respect. I have found all the staff to go above and beyond in their care for my mother-in-law. Her main carer is the most caring, conscientious and diligent person and we are lucky to have her. The manager is kind, helpful and full of empathy. Can't thank them enough for their care.

The best care company we have had! I trust them to provide the best care for my mother and they do that! They are very supportive and kind and we love them. The manager, office staff and all the carers are amazing.

The day to day care is good, the carers are friendly and helpful, generally arriving on time where possible. The standard of personal care is good and their attention to the prevention of infection during Covid has been good. The biggest problem for me, as well as the carers, is a lack of communication with the organisers so I often have no idea who is coming. In March 2017, at the age of 41, I had a massive brain haemorrhage, leaving me with profound disabilities. I am also a single parent. Before I had Bluebird, I had lots of different carers and agencies, none of which could meet my needs. It is very difficult been reliant on others, and agencies were set up to carter for elderly people, not a young (ish) disabled person with a child. We are delighted with the care and support we receive. If times have to be changed we are notified well in advance. You should be very proud of the carers you supply. They are kind, considerate and knowledgeable and never make you feel you are putting on them
