Bluebird care is a lovely company I would highly recommend. Staff go above and beyond to provide a high quality of care. Office staff listen and understand situations and handle all situations in a professional manner.
It is disappointing to receive bogus reviews as this is not a true reflection on the company. Carers work extremely hard and continue working well in collaboration with both health and social professionals. My office staff do all they can to accommodate the daily changes and we as a team pull through well together. Firstly, I would like to say about the Bluebirds care company has been far the worst experience I had! The staff behaviour is very inappropriate and immature. The placement has lack of management and can be very irresponsible. The level of treatment from this company is outrageous and has shown no respect or equality towards each other.
