Firstly, I would like to say about the Bluebirds care company has been far the worst experience I had! The staff behaviour is very inappropriate and immature. The placement has lack of management and can be very irresponsible. The level of treatment from this company is outrageous and has shown no respect or equality towards each other. They do not support the clients properly and meet the individual's needs, which proves the employees has no skills or knowledge to take care of the person.
