The carers were kind, considerate and helpful, my mum was a reluctant recipient but they soon won her over with their care and attention. The OpenPass app is great, I could see after each visit exactly how well mum was or was not managing which was very helpful. The manager Catherine was brilliant, she would always return calls and was always had a 'can do' approach enabling us to increase mums care package at short notice. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this service.

We are extremely pleased with the care that has been provided by Bluebird Care for our mother. The staff have always been very helpful and meet the needs that our mother requires. The access to the daily reports on mums wellbeing via the Bluebird app is invaluable providing us with comfort of her care. Thank you Bluebird, we would certainly highly recommend Bluebird Care to anyone considering the need for care for their parents.

I really like bluebird care. I was incredibly nervous about starting care. But they have made this process comfortable and happy. I really get on well with all my care staff and enjoy the time they spend with me. Thank you

Very caring. Nothing is too much trouble, the team from the management to the carers treat their clients with respect and kindness. Would definitely recommend
