As I live some distance away, it is great to know Bluebirds are taking such good care of my Mum. They are a very friendly team and well organised, any problem or query is promptly dealt with. They keep me up to date and highlight anything I need to know. Mum really looks forward to her weekly outing with Angela. The carer's that visit her at home are all very kind and considerate. I would highly recommend Bluebirds.

For the last 2 years Bluebird Care have visited my Mum almost every day. We have found that they provide a very flexible and reliable service. Most importantly Mum is very happy with the friendly staff. The office team are very efficient in responding to queries and we have full confidence in the service provided.

Exceptional care given for a couple of years to an MND patient right up until a week before passing. The management team and their staff were always very helpful and friendly going above and beyond to ensure all needs were met. Great communication and advise during an incredibly hard journey.

I can only talk highly of blue bird care, they visited both my mother and father. They used to take mum out for coffee and shopping. They visited my father when he was ina care home, chatted with him played games with him and took him out in the garden. It was nice to read the reports on him what they had been doing and how they had found him on that day. I always found the staff in the office very friendly and helpful

Great company, helped me out as best they could waiting for an age for a dbs. Unfortunately after months of waiting my car blew out and did not work for them long. In this short time I met some great clients, staff and fully supportive management.
