Bluebird have provided excellent live in carers to my uncle since I called them last summer. I called them in an emergency, really thinking that he wasn’t able to cope with live in care any more. However, the Bluebird carers have been able to help him to stay at home for an extra eight months. The carers have all been well trained, very pleasant and able to handle dementia type behaviours.

When my late husband suddenly deteriorated and caring for him became too much for me, Bluebird Care responded to our need with great speed and sensitivity. Throughout the last few weeks his life, his and my needs were constantly reassessed and I can't praise the live- in carers and their manager highly enough for their professionalism, their skill and humanity. Thanks to Bluebird Care my husband was able to stay in his own home to the end.

I have found Bluebird care to be very pro-active towards providing the best for their staff and the customers. I have found support at every step and I am confident I can rely on the team I work with. Our carers are highly trained professionals that are always happy to go above and beyond the tasks given to them, tasks that are completed in a friendly and caring manner.

I am elite cyclist, fit and young healthy male. I NEVER expected to need any type of care and was previously one of the most senior executives in the UK Pharmaceutical Industry. Our Aunt lives in the Tonbridge area and needed some help with living at home after discharge from hospital. This needed to be arranged quickly as the Kent rehabilitation package was ending. I contacted Bluebird Care and the supervisor Jodie visited us the next day. Jodie was polite and thorough in agreeing our Aunts needs, the necessary paperwork was completed and the care package in place 2 days later.
