I called Bluebird when my dad’s mobility deteriorated. We are really happy with the support he has received and could not recommend Bluebird Care more highly. Carers are kind and professional and both my parents feel comfortable having them in their home. Bluebird have responded quickly to any enquiries and have even contacted external agencies such as the OT to ensure dad has the right equipment in place.

I can’t recommend this company enough. From the first time I spoke with them I was put at ease and felt they knew how so was feeling and what would help. My dad has been having support now for several months and it is going really well, he is settled, pleased to see his carers and always has something good to say when I visit. I now feel more like his daughter when I see him rather than his carer. I am also aware of everything they can do in the future so that Dad can stay at home as long as he wants. I was very nervous about putting care in place as I was unsure where to start and what to expect, From the moment I picked the phone up I was put at ease and reassured. Bluebird Care has made such a difference not only for my Mum who suffers from dementia but to my Dad and all us as a family. The care team always arrive with a smile on there face and are all so friendly. I wish I had done this ages ago and would highly recommend Bluebird Care.

Superb carers who have taken care of my mother for the past few months. She couldn't be in better hands, would recommend to anyone who needs a family member in care.
