Bluebird provide an excellent support service to my parents. They attend every morning and certain evenings in the week when the family are not able to visit. The carers are very responsive, re-assuring and helpful and it makes a huge difference to the family to know that there is professional support provided. Dad has received care from by Bluebird for more than 8 years and both Mum and Dad have found them to be excellent - professional, respectful and caring. Any problems that have arisen have been sorted satisfactorily. The carers are great and after all this time Caroline, the first carer they met, is still regularly caring for Dad. Intelligent, responsive, competent and professional in all respects so far. Carer Tracey obviously knows her job inside out, and has established a lovely rapport with dad. What's not to like?
